Tonight at the Lower East Side's Sin-e, the stage was graced by none other than The Patchwork Family......
....the who?
If the above pic is any hint, The Patchwork Family is better known as THE MOONEY SUZUKI. In front of a crowd of no more than 150, Sammy James, Graham Tyler & Co decided it was a lot more fun to "practice in front of our friends" instead of being holed up in a cramped rehearsal space. Opportunities to see one of your favorite bands test out its new, un-recorded material are few and far between, and this was blast.
By the way, The Patchwork Family will hold their second and final 'practice session' at Sin-e next Tuesday. And the new stuff is dope. Shhhhhh.
