Paste Magazine's 50 Best Albums of 2011
Really glad to see North Texas bands, Seryn and St. Vincent, included on this year's list. Not to mention some of my personal favorites like Middle Brother, Dawes, Ryan Adams, The Civil Wars and The Head & The Heart.
Sad to see these musicians' albums not make the list:
Washed Out (will be in my Top 10)
Florence + The Machine (how does this not make the list if their debut does?)
Ellie Goulding (a more complete debut album than most of these artists ever had)
Tyler The Creator (I'm not a fan, but I appreciate the talent....sort of like Reggie Miller).
