For myself and many music lovers I know, Nic Harcourt's Morning Becomes Eclectic program on KCRW was a constant source of absolute bulletproof musical guidance. I credit Nic with introducing me to Florence + The Machine three years ago. Somehow, Nic always got there first, and I was absolutely crushed when the news came that he would be ending his 12-year run at KCRW with no indications of what may be next for him. Thank goodness that, back in July, Nic joined KCSN in LA as the host of a Saturday afternoon program called Connections. As I listen to his latest Connections program online, I thought it would be only right to show him some love.
